The George Washington National Forest Storybook Trail is a 16-minute drive, Luray Caverns is a 12-minute drive, and the Thornton Gap Entrance to the Shenandoah National Park is about a 25-minute drive. Hello Allstar Lodging,
Our trip to Shenandoah Valley was perfect, and our cabin really sealed the deal. It was in perfect driving distance to the Thornton Gap entrance to the park, which is where we wanted to do most of our hiking. It was also conveniently located close to Shenandoah River Outfitters. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the fact that the fire pit was ready and already had logs in there ready for us to use. The hot tub was also perfect for nights after hiking all day. The screened in porch was perfect for the chilly mornings to sit and watch the wildlife. Directions that Allstar has posted were perfect and made finding the cabin very easy. We cant wait to come back in the future and bring along our fur-babies next time as well.

Definitely is A Cozy Cabin! My fianc and I had an amazing time in Luray at this adorable cabin. It was so clean and we felt right at home! We didnt even want to leave! This was my first time using air BnB and I was not disappointed! HIGHLY recommend staying here if you get the chance! Winding down in the hot tub after a whole day of walking the caverns and through historic Luray is the best way to end a day! All star was so informative and polite when we spoke and gave thorough check in and check out instructions that were easy to follow. Cant wait to come back!

My husband and I were seeking out a quiet and serene place to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and A Cozy Cabin did not disappoint. The photos cannot do this cabin justice. It truly is cozy and romantic at night and bright and beautiful during the day. You forget that the world exists outside of this little spot nestled in the woods. The thoughtful touches for couples and families are impressive. We couldnt help but plan on coming back for a kayaking trip with our sons. The Xbox and game selection is nice, a few games to choose from and movies even, but its the BOOK collection that is truly impressive. Plenty of space to be together and hang out or go off to have some quiet alone time if thats what you seek. The Shenandoah River is just a minute or two away along with a public launch. We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin and appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us! Its quiet, easy to find, bigger than it looks in the listing, and had everything we needed for our stay. The drive to the cabin is beautiful and the property is well kept. The gas fireplace was nice to relax by and easy to use. Check-in and check-out were simple and our host reached out the day before check-in to make sure we didnt need anything. The welcome basket and fall decorations were a nice personal touch. Had the most Wonderful time at your cabin. Clean, lots of kitchen gadgets, pots/pans and was able to cook what we brought without worrying. The property is roomy, peaceful & fun! A Cozy Cabin is a wonderful place to stay in the Shenendoah Valley. The cabin was clean and well stocked with books, movies and games. The property has a hot tub, a fire pit and a screened in porch so you can still enjoy the outdoors here in any type of weather. The photos of this property dont do it justice -- its lovely, spacious, and charming yet modern. The check-in was easy, and there was a lovely welcome basket waiting when we walked in. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking, and the fire pit was great for smores. My group stayed here to be closer to Old Rag Mountain (about a 45 minute drive through the National Park), so I recommend this property to others who plan to do the same hike or planning a visit to Luray Caverns. Allstar was very responsive to my questions about the property before I booked, and the place is very well managed, so I strongly recommend renting with them!

The perfect getaway! Loved escaping the city to enjoy the gorgeous area and the peace and quiet the cabin offered. We were close to the family wedding we attended, making access easy! Our pup also adored running loops around the big private yard and wooded area. We will definitely be back for another weekend getaway!

Please be advised you have rented a mountainous property. The main and secondary roads are usually paved. However, the driveway is a gravel or hard packed dirt surface. You may experience potholes, ruts, steep inclines, and rough terrain. Most front wheel drive vehicles have no trouble accessing their property from these roads as long as you drive safely and slowly. We do not recommend low profile vehicles such as sports cars or motorcycles. During inclement weather such as snow or ice you may be required to have 4-wheel drive or tire chains.
