We want every Allstar guest to feel confident, prepared, and ready to enjoy their stay. To help protect our guests, our homeowners, and the properties we care for, all reservations include a few simple verification steps required for our vacation rentals.
Before your stay, you’ll be asked to complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and damage protection selection. The process is quick, secure, and completed online.
Choose the Damage Protection Option That Works for You
We know no one wants unnecessary hassles added to their vacation, so you can choose between two options:
Damage Waiver – $59
Enjoy a little extra peace of mind with coverage for up to $1,500 in accidental damage, such as an unexpected spill, broken item, or other mishap during your stay. There is no $2,500 hold placed on your card. Coverage applies to stays of up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for longer stays, and is provided through a third-party insurance provider.
Refundable Security Hold – $2,500
Prefer not to purchase the damage waiver? You can instead choose a temporary $2,500 security hold, which is released after your stay according to the applicable terms.
Everything in One Convenient Guest Portal
We use Happy Guest, a secure, app-free online platform, to make the process as easy as possible. There’s no app to download and no account to create—you simply follow the secure link provided after booking.
Once completed, you’ll also have access to your personal guest portal, where you can find helpful information about your vacation home, arrival details, and some of our favorite local recommendations to help you make the most of your time in the Shenandoah Valley.
Make Your Stay Even Easier
Your Happy Guest portal may also include optional add-ons designed to make your getaway a little more convenient (or a little more fun)!
Depending on availability, options may include:
- Early Check-In – Available when possible, depending on the cleaning schedule
- Firewood Bundles – Have firewood waiting at the property for a cozy evening by the fire
- S’mores Kits – Everything you need for a classic cabin-night treat, ready and waiting for you
These extras are completely optional. Simply choose anything you’d like to add to your stay, or skip them altogether.
