HOLIDAY BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
Come make your Vacation Memories with us in the Shenandoah Valley. This gorgeous, luxury home is located directly on the Shenandoah River. Once you arrive you will not want to leave this beautiful serene centrally located hot spot, which offers all the first-class amenities you will ever want. Kick back, relax while enjoying the deck with rockers and the hot tub which gives you tremendous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains as well as the River.Feeling Adventurous ~ We offer free use of the canoe, two kayaks and inner tubes. Bring your fishing poles and land yourself some bass, crappie, catfish or sunperch. Also if you have a boat or jet ski, you may dock them right in front of the home during your stay.
End your day with a steak or seafood on the grill. While sounds of the river and the breathtaking mountain views soothe you, roast some marshmallows or s'mores around the campfire. Take in the beautiful sunsets with the geese and ducks flying in for the evening.
The Shenandoah National Park/Skyline Drive and the George Washington National Forest is a wonderful way to view the Virginia wildlife only 10 minutes away. Massanutten Resort “A Four Seasons Resort” and the Massanutten Water Park are only 10 minutes away all other attractions are approximately 12 to 20 minutes. Two deepwater boat docks in front of the home, Four plasma TV's, private river access in the front of the home. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the house.
A Video Surveillance camera monitors the exterior parking/driveway of our home. A photo of what is monitored can be seen in the photos. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy/pets and other policies noted in our lease agreement.
NOTE: Nightly Rate is based on 2 guests. Extra Guests $30.00 Per Person. The sliding scale allows us to make our home affordable to many different sizes of groups rather than setting our rent at a higher base rate for the entire home. We do verify the number of guests during your stay so please provide accurate information. Please see the contract agreement for details regarding additional guests not accounted for on the reservation.

This is an absolutely amazing location - right on the river, with beautiful views all round. Very quiet and private, the owners have done a tremendous job in transforming the home into a little paradise. Our favorite activity after a day of hiking was to sit in the hot tub and watch the sun set. We also loved watching the geese traverse the greenspace up and down the shore, where they bedded down right in the front yard. One thing we couldnt figure out though was how to get the bright motion sensor light outside to turn off at night; it sort of illuminated the front master bedroom.

All Star Lodging,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Exquisite River Paradise. You are close to everything the Shenandoah Valley has to offer. Location, location, location, cannot be overstated. We fished, kayaked, lounged on the front deck, met interesting people on the river, soaked in the hot tub, enjoyed the fire pit for smores, watched movies with the DVD, visited orchards and wineries, zip lined, waterparked, visited Luray cavern, and grilled on the deck. The house is clean and cozy. Loved the kitchen set up. There were 5 of us there. 4 adults and a child, along with a corgi dog. We all had a blast. Have you ever seen a corgi in a kayak? She loved it. We highly recommend this house.

I am glad to comment on our stay at the Paradise. Just a beautifully situated resort that provides all the comforts for a quiet stay. The river was majestic flowing lazily and the views were panoramic. Allstar Lodging was up to date with answers to our questions and concerns which of course was very few. Certainly would like to visit again.

The accommodations were perfect. We couldnt have been happier. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the house were more than I expected. We enjoyed ourselves so much in fact that we are talking about coming back in the Spring. In my opinion, there isnt any room for improvement.
