The Rannoch Lodge was great! We had a lot of room for the kids to run around and play. The owners obviously cared about making our stay pleasant - providing charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. Shenandoah is a great place to visit and we hope to return next year!

Hello - My family had a great stay at the Lodge. We loved the seclusion of the location and how close it was to the lake and to the national park. The amount of space in the lodge was probably more than needed for 5 people - But it really allowed us to spread out and we greatly appreciated it. Being able to get the key from the lock box made check-in a breeze. We also got to see deer and wild turkeys - some of the highlights of the vacation!

Our visit to the area and our stay at the Rannoch Lodge was wonderful! The accommodations were great. The owners had thought of everything and every little detail to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint...our weekend trip was too short! So we plan to come back and reserve the Rannoch Lodge again next summer for a longer visit. Zane at Allstar was wonderfully attentive to all my questions and extremely helpful in finding us other options on short notice when our original booking fell through due to circumstances beyond the owners control. Thanks again and expect my next reservation soon! Fran

My group had a really great time at the Rannoch Lodge! It was clean, comfortable, and had nearly everything we needed. We went hiking through the National Park and it was a gorgeous hike. The grounds around Rannoch Lodge were also quite nice during our brief stay. I would definitely recommend Rannoch Lodge for groups of 8 or less, it was lovely. Best, Amicia

Hi, I had a great time at the lodge. The accomodations were excellent for the price point. I was surprised at the supplies on hand and the fact even charcoal for the grill was provided. I would stay there again. Thanks for a great time. Ron

Our stay at Rannoch Lodge, the Shenandoah Valley, and Luray was very nice. The accommodations nicely met our needs for the weekend get-a-way and we will certainly consider Rannoch Lodge again. The grounds around the Lodge were very nice. Each evening we would sit out on the deck awaiting a doe and her young baby to show up and talk to us. She appeared each day like clockwork. The first day she picked up an apple from the ground under the apple tree and tossed it playfully. There was definitely a communication connection with this deer. Keep doing what you are doing! I have no suggestion for improvement of the Lodge or your services. Everything worked smoothly and we had an enjoyable vacation. ---Ken
