This property is located off of RT. 340 North near the town of Rileyville, Va. You can expect a 12 mile drive to the town of Luray.
4 bedrooms, 2 baths. 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twin Size Beds. Outdoor Hot Tub, Riverfront w/free Canoe(2)/Kayak(2)/Tube(8), PFD, bicycle(6 4adults 2children), set of golf clubs and helmet use, Mountain views, 3 Secluded acres, Campfire, picnic table, Gas fireplace, Gas BBQ grill, fenced dog area, Central AC/Heat, Satellite TV/DVD (One 32" flat screen in living room, three 26" screen TVs in bedrooms), Cathedral ceiling,Covered porch, Washer/Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, local telephone, Linens Included.
Canoes and kayaks must be transported to the private river access. The gas log fireplace is turned off every May 1 until September 15. It is unavailable for use during these dates.
